• Estimated delivery time: Delivery timing depends on destination and carrier handling after shipment.
• Shipping destinations: United States addresses only.
• Shipping cost: The 12 Home Kit ships for $4.95. The 30 Complete System and Replacement Brush Head ship free under the current store setup.
• Tracking: Tracking details are provided when the shipment includes carrier tracking.
• Delays: Weather, carrier issues, inventory review, and address problems may affect delivery timing.
• Lost or damaged shipments: Use the Contact page as soon as possible and include the order number and a clear description of the issue.
• International shipping: DryerRoute does not ship internationally.
